These exemptions include: (1) transactions for or with a foreign central bank, government of a foreign country, or nonprivate international financing organization; (2) deliberations, decisions, or actions on monetary policy matters, including discount window operations, reserves of member banks, securities credit, interest on deposits, and open market operations. Their main functions are secret.
Did you know?? The fed is not even a real government agency. Its a bank that took on that name to make it seem like its an agncy. Which makes sence because you don'tput execs in the actuall fed government on C-Span and grill them. Food for thought.

I saw the head of the Fed refuse to tell where billions had disappeared to into Europe before congress. They can hide whatever they want and rig any type of audit demanded I imagine. That is what neo-globalism is all about, no accountability to any government, any nation, or anyone.

Independent accounting firms conduct full financial audits of the Federal Reserve banks and the Board of Governors every year.
"Audit the Fed" is nothing but mantra, chanted by anti-Fed citizens who mean well, but have no clear understanding of the role of the Fed. You can quickly see the flaw in their logic when they say "only the government should be allowed to print money" - Ya! Like these idiots in the congress wouldn't be just as corrupt.
