@tndStudios well i use addons and im not banned infact with the questhelper addon blizz has even made a built in one they only ban for addons that give you an unfair advantage over something or someone

  2. tndStudios says:

@superwowman100 If you read the terms of use agreement on the WoW homepage, you will see that it prohibits use of 3rd party programs. Read section 17 under Acknowledgments and you'll see what I'm talking about.

  3. superwowman100 says:

@tndStudios actually no that is NOT true i play Wow and the "player made programs" called addons in WoW are not bannable there are questhelpers dungeon maps and addons that can tell you what to do as your fighting a boss and there are also addons to help you find rare monsters and about the swarm of enemies surrounding you and surviving you can do that in Wow also i do it in dungeons almost all the time

  4. tndStudios says:

@SroOllie In WoW, player made programs can get you banned and are against the Code of Conduct. In Asheron's Call, you are allowed to use these programs as long as they don't constitute Automated Combat Macros (in which case you'll get banned). They're doing landscape texture upgrades and changes this month and it really enhances the game's atmosphere.

  5. SroOllie says:

Wth is this?! Runescape number 2!? Omg about that programs you can use that other player have made.. hmm wait a minute that's remember me of something, Yea right!! Addons too wow..

  6. deelberg says:

WEll since it is shut down where is a P server for it

  7. Jangaboo says:

combat macros ruined Asheron's Call, most people stopped playing the game and setup bots to play for them...I also think the developers were at fault making the XP cap too high which made people use bots to try to reach the cap

a real level 126 cap and xp cap around that range would have been good and they could have balanced the game for that range,

  8. emraldonyxx says:

think i played this game on atari......... the first one

  9. tndStudios says:

@elydawat DDO isn't a bad game, but it lacks a lot of features that I like to see in any game. Freedom of movement is the most important, your character feels slow and rigid in DDO and most other MMORPGs. Movement, timing and evasion is so critical in AC that it demands player skill rather than just your in-game character's skills.

  10. elydawat says:

    you like this gameplay?
go play DDO.. its the same.. and even better!!! lot better

  11. Notir072 says:

    Well done !!

I loved AC. The only problem , and that's why i don't play it anymore, is that it's rather empty now, and it isn't anymore what it was once, like in the 2 first years.
They should reset levels from everyone , forbidd combat macros, raise a bit patron/vassal pass-up again, not like it was once, to prevent xp-chains, but enough to passup to your patron's patron (so we can level our 2nd char at least ;) )

  12. egobrane says:

This game looks pretty damn awesome.

  13. nickypeeps says:

i still blame this game for never getting fucked in high school. i used to be fidgeting towards the end of 8th period wanting to go home and play

  14. Tetley007 says:

    you pronounce attributes wrong.

  15. sabastyne says:

well i have played ac since 2000, and this youtube vid does not do any justice for the graphics, good vid tho, but if you havent played ac i reccomend you give it a try, it is 12.95 a month but worth it, if you cant pay 1 month youy just start playing when you can and all you toons and info is saved, so if you play enjoy.. i do

  16. inkey2 says:

true the graphics are old but the the PVP is GREAT

  17. inkey2 says:

@ljohnson65737 : this is a great game....i have played it for 10 years

  18. Murrison says:

I played this game during it's first few years of life. 10 years after the fact and I feel it still hasn't been beaten, for the most part. (DAoC created a much much better pvp system imo, both amazing games though). Nothing beats typing and printing a Portal List and taping it beside the computer.

  19. tndStudios says:

@ljohnson65737 Funny that you should mention that... If you click on the "oh, by the way" sticky post in the game's main forums, you'll see a few screenshots of the big texture upgrades they're going to do for the landscape. Its just textures, but its a start.

  20. ljohnson65737 says:

these groaphgics they suck but the gameplay looks GOD DAAMN AMAZING! this would be befect game isf they perked up graphics JUST a tad bit so i still looks old beacuse that gives u a odd but epic feeling about it

  21. wompasdub says:

I miss this game so much :'( I nostalged

  22. tndStudios says:

@b33k3rz You're thinking of DDO... thats free to play. Asheron's call has a monthly fee but has monthly updates.

  23. b33k3rz says:

Props to putting the time into making this. How is the population now that there is no monthly fee?

  24. jackpipsam says:

ok thats it you have convinced me, i have resubbed to AC.

  25. tndStudios says:

@zeroblackcat1 To put it simply, you can do just as well through questing as you can through "grinding" now. The developers introduced a quest hub that basically guides you through the first 45 lvls that your character will earn, its a nice feature but its not mandatory. Find a good spot and grind away if you like, there are plenty of them and i'm sure asking a player in game would yield you some options. I don't have enough space to detail that here though.

  26. ok so i have 3.2u wii plays game from disc channel
