Please pay attention to what you ingest. I'd be one to tell you to only eat healthy foods and no pop, candy or junk food at all but if you can't do that PLEASE parents look at the ingredients. If it says contains Phenylketonurics - Phenylalanine this is an ingredient in aspartame. Don't drink it or chew it. We must be smarter then these greedy poison spewing factories.

I agree with everything you’ve said, however such as you said at the end, I all the time end up going again to how I used to do things. It’s a by no means ending circle.
