They should only give loans to people based on income and savings, instead of assets, such as; houses, cars, tvs etc. and ESPECIALLY BASED ON INCOME FROM CREDIT.

sure they have the fancy table meetings and people ask them questions, but at the end of all of the bureaucratic cycle the FED does what they want (in the US) and then inform the government.
